Summer Party and Birthday Celebration

“However countless sentient beings may be, I vow to liberate them all.
However inexhaustible the afflictions may be, I vow to extinguish them all.
However boundless the Dharma teachings may be, I vow to master them all.
However unsurpassable the path of Buddhahood may be, I vow to accomplish it.”

In the Mahayana Buddhist tradition, it is said that some practitioners aspire to attain Nirvana in order to bring an end to their own suffering. Others, inspired by boundless compassion, take the Bodhisattva vow: to remain in samsara for as long as necessary, guiding all sentient beings toward liberation.

This commitment of love and service is the very heart of bodhicitta—the aspiration to awaken for the benefit of all beings.

On Drubpon Tsering Rinpoche’s birthday, we would like to celebrate and express our heartfelt gratitude for a life devoted to sharing the Dharma tirelessly, guiding others with patience, humility, and compassion.

We warmly invite the entire Sangha, as well as friends, family, and everyone who wishes to join us, to celebrate this special day together on Saturday, July 25.
