Chod Retreat
Drubpon Palkyi
PARTICIPATION: on-site and online
LANGUAGES: Tibetan, German
Chöd means “cutting off”. What is cut off is the grasping for the self that prevents us from recognizing the original nature of our mind. By overcoming our egoistic, habitual thinking and behavior, the pure nature of the mind can emerge. During the practice, we will learn to play damaru and bell.
